Montgomery County police released surveillance video of a suspect and announced an arrest in the fatal shooting of 87-year-old philanthropist Robert Fuller inside his apartment at the Cogir of Potomac senior living facility. Authorities scheduled a 3 p.m. EST press conference in Gaithersburg with county police leaders and the state’s attorney, and Maryland State Police will discuss a possible link between the homicide and a suspect who allegedly shot at a trooper during a traffic stop.
