Major League Baseball announced new three‑year media rights agreements with ESPN, NBCUniversal and Netflix on Nov. 20, 2025, totaling roughly $800 million annually. ESPN will pay about $550 million per year for a 30‑game national package and rights to license and distribute MLB.TV’s out‑of‑market package; NBC (via NBC, NBCSN and Peacock) will pay about $200 million annually for all Sunday night games and wild‑card playoff games; Netflix will pay about $50 million annually for exclusive rights to the Home Run Derby. Fox, TBS and Apple TV+ retain their existing MLB packages.
