After reports that he sought changes following being outflanked on a push to release Jeffrey Epstein-related DOJ files, Speaker Mike Johnson said he is not considering changes to House discharge petition rules "at the moment" and that current discussions are focused on censure procedures. He noted the successful discharge petition by Reps. Ro Khanna and Thomas Massie to force the DOJ release and said he voted for that bill.
