Colorado authorities say 37-year-old Kimberlee Singler has been extradited from the United Kingdom to Colorado Springs to face charges including two counts of first-degree murder for allegedly drugging and killing her 9-year-old daughter and 7-year-old son and injuring her 11-year-old daughter during a December 2023 custody dispute. Investigators say Singler initially claimed a male intruder committed the crimes and was treated as a victim, but her surviving daughter's account later changed, evidence undermined the reported burglary, and Singler fled to London, where she was arrested after a U.K. judge approved extradition in January 2025 and an appeal was denied last month.
