King County officials issued a "Go Now!" evacuation order after a second levee breached along the White River in the City of Pacific and the NWS issued a flash‑flood warning for the area. Earlier Monday the county lifted an evacuation alert tied to a small breach on the Desimone levee along the Green River east of Tukwila/Kent after sandbagging stabilized the site; that initial alert had covered roughly 1,100 homes and businesses and no injuries were reported.
