Sgt. Quornelius Radford, a 28-year-old supply sergeant at Fort Stewart, is scheduled for arraignment before a military judge on Dec. 19, 2025, on six counts of attempted murder, assault, and domestic violence for allegedly opening fire with a personal handgun on members of his supply unit at the Georgia base on Aug. 6, wounding four soldiers and a civilian partner and firing at a sixth person he missed. The case has been referred to a general court-martial, Radford remains in pretrial confinement at a Navy brig in Charleston, and Army officials have highlighted fellow soldiers’ actions in disarming him and rendering lifesaving first aid.
