Rep. Jim Baird was discharged from the hospital less than 24 hours after his vehicle was struck in an accident and is expected to make a full recovery, his office said. His wife, Danise, remains hospitalized and is receiving "excellent care," and colleagues including Rep. Tim Burchett and former President Donald Trump publicly expressed support and asked for prayers for the couple.
