Three inmates were killed and at least 12 others were injured â including one corrections officer â during multiple "major fights" that erupted during visitation at Washington State Prison on Sunday; 12 inmates were taken to local hospitals. The Georgia Department of Corrections is leading the investigation with assistance from local police, county sheriffs and the Georgia State Patrol.
