After the Secret Service discovered a "suspicious object" at Palm Beach International Airport, agents altered Trump’s motorcade as a precaution, rerouting it along a circular secondary route around Palm Beach — a move spokesman Anthony Guglielmi called "standard protocol." The motorcade left Mar-a-Lago around 6:20 p.m. for the roughly 10-minute drive, during which motorcycle officers formed a moving blockade that at one point nearly collided with vans in the convoy; Air Force One was parked on the opposite side of the airport with exterior lights turned off, and Trump said, "I know nothing about it."
