A house fire in Stanley, North Carolina, at a residence owned by a real estate company managed by NASCAR star Denny Hamlin killed at least one person and left another in critical condition on Sunday evening, according to local officials. Fire crews from Gaston and Lincoln Counties said everyone was out of the home when they arrived, but the structure was completely destroyed after a two-hour effort to extinguish the blaze, and the victims have not yet been publicly identified.
