Minnesota ICE Raids and Renee Good Shooting

A federal grand jury indicted four people tied to violent clashes around the massive ICE/Border Patrol operations in Minneapolis, charging Claire Louise Feng with allegedly biting off a Homeland Security Investigations officer’s fingertip during a Jan. 24 protest and three others with making interstate threats against FBI agents and their families after abandoned FBI vehicles were vandalized and personal data was posted online. The indictments arrive as a separate DOJ investigation — now including grand‑jury subpoenas to Gov. Tim Walz, Mayor Jacob Frey, AG Keith Ellison and other local officials — probes whether public criticism and actions by Minnesota leaders impeded federal immigration enforcement following the killings of Renee Good and Alex Pretti.
