The Toro Co., a Bloomington-based manufacturer, announced on Oct. 6, 2025 that it will acquire Tornado Infrastructure Equipment, a Canadian maker of vacuum excavation trucks, for $200 million to expand its construction product lineup and establish a manufacturing footprint in Canada.
