Senators will question DNI Tulsi Gabbard over her role in an FBI search of the Fulton County elections hub after she confirmed President Trump personally requested she attend, that she briefly facilitated a call between Trump and FBI agents, and that agents seized roughly 656 boxes of 2020 ballots and related materials amid conflicting explanations from within the White House. Lawmakers will also probe allegations from an NSA whistleblower’s lawyer that Gabbard restricted distribution of a whistleblower complaint about a foreign intercept and shared it with White House chief of staff Susie Wiles — charges Gabbard denies, saying she only recently saw the complaint — and which Sen. Mark Warner says may have delayed notifying the intelligence community and Congress; she is scheduled to testify before the Senate Intelligence Committee on March 18.
