The Justice Department indicted Adderall startup Done Global and sister company Mindful Mental Wellness late Tuesday, alleging they provided easy access to stimulants like Adderall without a legitimate medical purpose and conspired to defraud insurers and obstruct justice. The filing comes about a month after Done’s founder and its top doctor were convicted of conspiracy to distribute controlled substances.
