Despite that backing, a federal appeals court in Las Vegas rejected Kalshi’s emergency bid for an administrative stay, and the Nevada Gaming Control Board promptly filed a state-court enforcement action targeting Kalshi’s ability to offer prediction contracts in Nevada.
