Rhino Choco VIP 10X Chocolate Recalled for Hidden Erectile‑Dysfunction Drug
Brooklyn-based USALESS.COM is recalling its Rhino Choco VIP 10X male‑enhancement chocolate supplement nationwide after tests found it contains undeclared tadalafil, the prescription‑only active ingredient in Cialis, the company said in an FDA‑posted notice Friday. The recall covers 10‑gram, 12‑piece chocolate supplements in black cardboard boxes bearing an October 2027 expiration date, sold both online and in retail outlets. Because tadalafil can dangerously interact with nitrate medications commonly prescribed for heart disease, diabetes‑related vascular issues, high blood pressure and high cholesterol, the hidden ingredient could drive blood pressure to unsafe levels in unsuspecting users. The company says it has pulled the product from its online store "until we are certain that the problem has been corrected" and is urging customers to stop using the chocolates and return them for a full refund. The FDA previously warned in 2018 that "Rhino"‑branded male‑enhancement products have a history of containing undisclosed drugs, and this case fits that ongoing pattern of tainted sexual‑enhancement supplements masquerading as over‑the‑counter or "natural" remedies.
