Wisconsin resident Nikita Casap, 18, is scheduled to enter a plea deal Thursday in Waukesha County Circuit Court on charges he killed his mother and stepfather, hid their bodies, and stole cash and valuables to fund an alleged plan to assassinate President Donald Trump and overthrow the U.S. government. A state criminal complaint and federal search warrant say Casap shot Tatiana Casap and Donald Mayer around Feb. 11, 2025, lived with their decomposing bodies for weeks, then fled in Mayer’s SUV with about $14,000, weapons, passports and the family dog, while allegedly communicating in messages about moving to Ukraine after the killings and writing a manifesto calling for Trump’s assassination.
