The U.S. House unanimously approved by voice vote on Monday a bipartisan resolution honoring West Virginia National Guard Spc. Sarah Beckstrom, 20, who died, and SSgt. Andrew Wolfe, 24, who remains in recovery after they were shot near the White House on Nov. 26. Led by Reps. Carol Miller and Riley Moore, the measure drew tributes from both parties as federal authorities continue treating the incident as a potential terror attack involving an Afghan evacuee admitted under Operation Allies Welcome.
