Announcing two additional arrests that bring the total to nine charged and "all nine" now arrested in connection with the Jan. 18 protest at Cities Church in St. Paul, U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi said the defendants are being prosecuted under the federal FACE Act. On Fox’s "Hannity" Bondi described the disruption as an "attack-style" caravaned infiltration, alleged it left children crying, congregants fearing for their safety and a woman injured on the ice, accused journalist Don Lemon of blocking a parishioner, and said the conduct violated protections for free worship and would be prosecuted.
