A new federal civil lawsuit accuses former Saint Ann’s School teacher Winston Nguyen of coercing two 13‑year‑old girls—who were not his students—into sending nude photos and videos via Snapchat, then threatening a "revenge porn blast" and sharing their images with Saint Ann’s students after they cut off contact. Filed Thursday, the complaint names Nguyen, the elite $60,000‑a‑year Brooklyn private school and several administrators, alleging they ignored repeated warning signs and failed to act even after learning that explicit images of young girls were circulating among students in early 2024. Nguyen, 39, was arrested outside the school’s Brooklyn Heights campus in June 2024 and later pleaded guilty to using a child in a sexual performance and related misdemeanors for targeting multiple 13‑ to 15‑year‑olds across several independent schools by posing as a teenage boy online; he is serving a seven‑year sentence, which Brooklyn DA Eric Gonzalez said was for a "sickening betrayal of trust."
