Three killed, four hurt in I-35W semi crash

Three people were killed and four others hospitalized after a car struck a semi-truck around 4:12 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 29, 2026, near I-35W and Southeast 4th Street in Minneapolis.[1]

Seven people were inside the car; three died at the scene and four were taken to a hospital.[1] The semi driver was uninjured.[1]
