Southbound Snelling Ave closing between I-694 and Hwy 36
Southbound Snelling Avenue (Hwy. 51) will be fully closed between I-694 and Highway 36 from 9 p.m. Sept. 25 to 5 a.m. Sept. 28.[1]
The closure affects the stretch through Roseville and Arden Hills and will allow crews to complete overnight roadway and utility work, officials said.[1]
Through Sept. 23, eastbound County Road C is fully closed and westbound County Road C is one lane between Snelling Avenue and East Snelling Service Drive.[1] Snelling is currently restricted to one lane each way between Highway 36 and Grey Fox Road.[1] Work includes utility and trail work and shoulder closures along the west side between Lydia Avenue and Snelling Avenue North.[1]
Drivers should expect delays and follow posted detours and traffic signs while the work is underway.
