Scott County pool contractor gets 5 years for $820K fraud
Charles Ray Workman, 41, the owner of MN Crete Pools in Scott County, was sentenced to 60 months in federal prison on a wire fraud conviction by U.S. District Judge Michael J. Davis on Sept. 3.[1]
