Ohio Man Charged Over Threats To Kill Trump And Rep. Randy Fine
The Justice Department charged Ohio resident Alex Justin Miller, 26, with interstate transmission of a threat to injure after prosecutors say he emailed Rep. Randy Fine death and beheading threats.[1]
Prosecutors say Miller also threatened to burn Fine's home and murder his family, and that the emails called for death to both Fine and former President Donald Trump.[1] The U.S. Attorney's Office for the Middle District of Florida is handling the case after an investigation by the FBI, the Brevard County Sheriff's Office, the Secret Service and the U.S. Capitol Police.[1]
