Isanti man charged with 32 felonies after SWAT standoff
Jason Michael Phillips, 42, was charged Monday with 32 felonies after a six-and-a-half-hour armed standoff at his Cedar Street Southwest home in Isanti that endangered officers and neighbors.[1]
