Brooklyn Center teen charged in random Minneapolis home-invasion rape attempt
Nineteen-year-old Cordero Orlando Ratcliff Jr. of Brooklyn Center was charged after allegedly breaking into an occupied south Minneapolis home on July 31 and attempting to rape a woman.[1]
Prosecutors say Ratcliff entered the home naked from the waist down, wielded a screwdriver and used a taser on the victim's neck, legs and stomach.[1]
