nVent adding 200+ jobs with new Blaine plant
nVent is opening a new liquid-cooling manufacturing plant in Blaine, leasing 160,000 square feet at 3705 and 3745 Pheasant Ridge Road.[1] The plant will employ more than 200 people and is expected to begin production in the first half of 2027.[1]
This is nVent's third Twin Cities facility expansion in three years, bringing more than 400,000 square feet of added space to the region.[1] The new Blaine site was developed by CSM Corp., with R.J. Ryan Construction as general contractor and Colliers handling leasing.[1] nVent reported Q2 2026 sales of $1.5 billion, up 53 percent year over year, and raised its full-year adjusted EPS guidance to $5.00-$5.10.[1]
nVent previously added a 117,000-square-foot Blaine plant and a 248,000-square-foot Dayton distribution center as part of its recent expansions.[1] The company says the new lease and earlier moves expand its local footprint and support its growing manufacturing and distribution needs in the Twin Cities.[1]
