Teen charged with murder in fatal Minneapolis hit-and-run
A 19-year-old Minneapolis woman, Riniyah Allen, was charged Tuesday with second-degree murder and two counts of criminal vehicular homicide in a May 15 hit-and-run that killed a veteran near 43rd Avenue and 53rd Avenue East.[1]
