Fatal two-vehicle crash on Highway 3 in Dakota County

A two-vehicle crash on Highway 3 near 255th Street in Castle Rock Township, just south of Farmington, killed at least one person just after 3:30 p.m. Sunday, authorities said.[1]

The Dakota County Sheriff's Office and the Minnesota State Patrol responded and were investigating the cause of the collision, officials said.[1]

Officials did not immediately release the identity of the deceased or whether other people were hurt.[1]
