Colombian National Gets 25 Years For Sexually Exploiting Missouri Girl

Brayanne Escobar-Guarnizo, a Colombian national, was sentenced on Monday, May 18, 2026, to 300 months (25 years) in prison for raping and sexually exploiting a 12-year-old girl in Missouri.[1]

Prosecutors said he raped and impregnated the 12-year-old and used electronic messages to solicit nude photos and videos from her.[1] He was arrested by the Greene County Sheriff's Office in September 2024 and pleaded guilty in August 2025 to sexual exploitation of a minor after an initial child-pornography production charge.[1]

DHS said Escobar-Guarnizo illegally entered the United States in 2023, and ICE Homeland Security Investigations led the probe in coordination with state and local law enforcement.[1]
