ICE Detains Arizona Mother After Rollover Crash Kills Her 9-Year-Old

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement on Monday arrested Brenda Liliana Rivera-Estrada, the Arizona mother linked to a rollover crash that killed her 9-year-old daughter, and took her into federal custody.[1]
