Sportsman's Guide exits South St. Paul HQ, warehouse for sale
Sportsman's Guide will vacate its South St. Paul headquarters and 422,000-square-foot warehouse at 411 Farwell Ave. when its lease ends May 31, 2026, and the property is being marketed for sale.[1]
The single-story warehouse sits on about 19 acres, has 36 loading docks and 470 parking spaces, and was built in 1970.[1] STAG Industrial bought the property for $20 million in 2018, and Dakota County now values it at roughly $23 million.[1] JLL is marketing the building but did not disclose an asking price.[1]
Crecera Brands moved its headquarters to The Offices at MOA in Bloomington in September 2025, keeping about 109 headquarters workers.[1] As part of consolidating warehousing to a new $47 million distribution center in Greenfield, Indiana, the company filed a WARN notice that cut 57 Minnesota employees.[1]
