Safe stolen in break-in at Northeast LGBTQ+ bar
Three suspects broke into Lush Lounge and Theater in northeast Minneapolis around 4 a.m. Thursday and stole the manager's safe containing at least $3,000 in cash and employee tips.[1]
Surveillance footage shows the burglars went straight to the manager's office, hurled the heavy safe down a stairway and escaped within about five minutes.[1] Owners said the drop damaged the building's structure.[1]
