North Minneapolis domestic dispute leaves man fatally stabbed

A man in his 20s was fatally stabbed just after 3 a.m. Thursday, April 30, 2026, inside a North Minneapolis home on the 3000 block of Girard Avenue North, FOX 9 Minneapolis-St. Paul reported.

Officers found the victim at the scene, and life-saving efforts failed, police said. His brother, also in his 20s, was injured, treated at Hennepin County Medical Center (HCMC), and later booked into Hennepin County Jail, though he has not been charged.
