Virginia Democrats’ April Redistricting Referendum Framed as Effort to Help Stop Trump and Flip U.S. House

A proposed constitutional amendment drafted by Virginia’s Democratic majority will go before voters in April, asking to let the General Assembly temporarily redraw the state’s U.S. House districts under the banner of 'restoring fairness' in upcoming elections.
