Minneapolis bans city property for ICE staging

Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey signed an executive order this week prohibiting law enforcement from using city‑owned parking lots, ramps, garages and vacant lots to stage civil immigration enforcement operations, as the city braces for an ICE action focused on Somali visa‑fraud cases.
