Two men wounded in separate St. Paul shootings

St. Paul police say two men were shot in separate incidents about 15 minutes apart Friday morning, one on the 800 block of Forest Street in Payne-Phalen around 10:45 a.m. and another near Marion Street and Aurora Avenue in Summit-University just before 11 a.m. Both men suffered non-life-threatening leg/ankle wounds, no arrests have been made, and police believe the shootings are unrelated as investigations continue.
