Ramsey County election results and levies

On Nov. 4, 2025, Ramsey County communities reported municipal and school election results and levy outcomes. White Bear Lake’s mayoral race showed Mary Nicklawske leading 64%–36% with 3 of 6 precincts reporting; Falcon Heights council leaders were Georgiana May (42%) and Jim Mogen (40%) with 1 of 2 precincts; St. Anthony’s two council seats were uncontested. School board outcomes included SANB reelecting Annie Bosmans, Laura Haas and Prachi Striker, with Daniel Turner leading a special race; Mounds View, Roseville and North St. Paul–Maplewood–Oakdale posted partial board tallies, and levies passed in Mounds View (64%) and Roseville (68%) but failed in North St. Paul–Maplewood–Oakdale (56% No).

  • White Bear Lake mayor: Mary Nicklawske 64%, Stephen Laliberte 36% (3/6 precincts); Ward 2 Ellen Gurrola and Ward 4 Kevin L. Edberg ran unopposed.
  • Falcon Heights council (2 at-large): Georgiana May 42%, Jim Mogen 40%, Jeremy Hallowanger 13% (1/2 precincts); Eric Meyer withdrew Oct. 9.
  • St. Anthony council: Nadia A. Elnagdy and Jan Jenson were the only two candidates for two seats.
  • SANB school board: Annie Bosmans, Laura Haas, Prachi Striker reelected; special election leader Daniel Turner 55% over Michael Overman 45% (3/4 precincts).
  • Mounds View board (3 at-large): Shauna Bock 31%, Mark Sacay 30%, Tascha Just 29%, Shea Bruce 9% (9/23 precincts).
  • North St. Paul–Maplewood–Oakdale board: Sam Rosemark 62%, Justin Middaugh 38% (21/29 precincts).
  • Roseville board (3 at-large): Michelle Morse-Wendt 31%, Geida Cleveland 30%, Mannix Clark 29%, Karl Crump 8% (8/19 precincts).
  • Levies: Mounds View approved (64% Yes); Roseville approved (68% Yes); North St. Paul–Maplewood–Oakdale rejected (56% No).
