Chrysler recalls 320K Jeep plug-in hybrids
Chrysler (Stellantis) is recalling more than 320,000 Jeep Wrangler 4xe (MY 2020â2025) and Grand Cherokee 4xe (MY 2022â2026) plug-in hybrids nationwide due to faulty batteries that can fail and catch fire, the NHTSA announced Nov. 4, 2025. Owners are instructed to park outside away from structures and not charge their vehicles until a remedy is determined; VINs will be searchable Nov. 6 and interim owner letters mail by Dec. 2 under recall 68C.
