Dakota County school boards, levies on Nov. 4 ballot
Dakota County voters will fill school board seats in Hastings, Lakeville (ISD 194), and Rosemount‑Apple Valley‑Eagan (ISD 196) and decide levy referendums on Tuesday, Nov. 4. Farmington seeks a new operating levy of $1,237 per student (about $8 million annually for 10 years), ISD 196 asks to renew and increase an expiring technology capital projects levy, and Lakeville seeks to renew a 2015 capital projects levy; ISD 196’s at‑large race features Robin Cerio, Leah Gardner, Sakawdin Mohamed, and M.
